I am not a New Year resolution person at all. I don't think anyone should wait for a calander to make a change. That said, over the past month or two I have been doing a lot of reflection. I am going to create the best body I can over the next 24 months. It took me a while to get to this point so I know it will take some time to get fit.

I want some help though. I really need some accountability. And after all, that is part of why this forum was created, right? Heck I might even post a picture or two of my big bad self.

Also Miss Monika, I have a suggestion. Instead of doing a weekly weigh-in thread, what if everyone had their own thread, but still wieghed in weekly. That way I can scroll back in one place and see how I am progressing. Just a thought.

I like that individual thread idea!

Adam, you can be sure I'll check in on you every time I see you online! I think your goal/plan is very reasonable, and I think you may even exceed your expectations once you "get into it." GOOD LUCK!!

We're here for you Adam! Good for you! Oh, and I found it very helpful when we did the No Junk Challenge to post everything I ate in a day (just kept reposting it on the original thread). Even though I don't think anyone was really looking at it, it helped me to know I had to do it and it was "there" for all to see. Maybe it would be good for you to do that in your thread too Adam. Maybe one post for each week or something?

Yay Adam! I'm right here with you. I think the individual threads are a fantastic idea, kind of like a personal diary. I wanna "create the best body I can" also! Oohhh High School Weight here I come!
