QUOTE (Monika @ Jan 15 2005, 08:23 AM)
YAY Adam smile.gif Perhaps you'll get a kick out of the workout high, like I do smile.gif
(don't hate me y'all).

I get that too (or at least I should say, "I REMEMBER that, too!").

Glad to hear you're still around Adam! I'm going to Bally's today too! Good luck!

Hey, Adam good luck today.
I like to workout but I don't LOVE to work out. I try to keep the focus on how I'll feel after I'm done and that's what motivates me to continue. Like they say in 12-Step programs "It's A Day At A Time" for me it's one workout at a time. smile.gif

I am down one more pound. I weighed in at 287 today. If I go with the scale at the Discovery Store, I could say 283 but I won't. tongue.gif

I identify with the "workout high", but that didn't really happen until I incorporated weight training into my workouts. Something about that strain to do those last couple of reps when you've upped the amount of weight you've been doing. I've been doing weight training for a few months now and everytime I push up to a new weight level on an exercise, I am so happy.

Down one more to 286. I really need to get myself exercising or at least a super sexy personal trainer with a great rack. wink.gif Now that would get me in the gym in no time.
